I’m very thrilled to watch this documentary featuring the work of Herbert Matter, one of my favorite designers. The work of Herbert Matter teaches me a great deal about scale and tension. His work has a mystify-type of balance between playfulness and elegance; I can only hope that this documentary will help to re-inspire many graphic designers (myself included) who have fallen to venal trends.
